Our website is on an extended closure. However, if you have an open order, it will be shipped and processed once our Distribution Center reopens. If you have any questions about your order please email Customer Service at CustomerService@DCIStore.org.
To assist the efforts underway to slow the spread of COVID-19, and in adherence with “stay at home” orders from the Governor of Indiana, our Distribution Center located in Indianapolis will be closed through April 7, 2020. No orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EDT on March 23, 2020, will be shipped until at least April 8, 2020. This date is subject to change based on the evolving circumstances of COVID-19’s impact.
In addition, as a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of our employees and community, our Customer Service Call Center will be closed beginning 5:00 pm EDT Friday, March 20, 2020. During this closure we will be unable to answer phone calls or respond to voicemails. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hopefully, we will be back to normal service in the near future.
